患儿男,10岁。以“头痛、头晕9天,加重伴癫痫发作、意识障碍2天”为主诉入院。体检:入院后神志中度昏迷,言语不配合。双侧巴氏征阳性。左侧瞳孔约5 mm,对光反射消失,右侧约2.5 mm,对光反射消失。MRI检查:平扫示松果体区一不规则团块状异常信号灶,大小约32 mm×47 mm×46 mm,边界欠清。病灶呈混杂长T1、混杂长T2信号(图1、2),FLAIR序列上呈稍高信号(图3),DWI(b=1000 s/mm2)可见瘤体呈低信号,邻近多个

Physical examination: After admission conscious mind coma, words do not match. Bilateral Pap smear positive.
