本文介绍了16MnReR钢的可焊性手工艺性能研究以及低温韧性的试验评定情况。结果表明其可焊性和焊后热处理工艺性能均良好,无再热裂纹敏感性。经530~600℃焊后热处理,其脆性转变温度T_r为-34~-41℃;NDT温度为-35℃。该钢种的性能较16MnR为优。
This article describes the solderability of 16MnReR steel craftwork performance and low temperature toughness test evaluation. The results show that the weldability and post-weld heat treatment process performance are good, no reheat crack sensitivity. After the heat treatment at 530 ~ 600 ℃, the brittle transition temperature T_r is -34 ~ -41 ℃ and the NDT temperature is -35 ℃. The steel is better than 16MnR.
