近年来,大量的有关输精管再吻合术的新方法相继报道。一种理想的输精管再吻合术必须具备(1)输精管两残端粘膜缘对合良好;(2)输精管二端具有较小的吻合张力;(3)尽量缩短吻合所需时间;(4)尽可能减少吻合针数。本文作者介绍一种采用显微外科技术作输精管吻合术的新方法。首先,在管腔的四个象限分别用9.0单股尼龙线吻合四针。第一针先吻合输精管后壁、缝针从A端的外膜进针、肌层出针,再从B端的肌层进针,粘膜面出针,继而从A端粘膜面
In recent years, a large number of new methods of vas deferens re-anastomosis have been reported.
