通过对比GB/T 228.1―2010和GB/T 228―2002新旧拉伸标准中对样品原始横截面积测量和计算方法,并使用不同的标准方法对一种超高强度马氏体时效不锈钢冷轧钢带进行了拉伸试验,所得到的结果与这种钢的力学性能标准值进行对比,探讨了使用不同方法对薄板尤其是超高强度钢薄板拉伸性能的影响。对于厚度为0.1~<3 mm薄板和薄带,厚度的测量误差对拉伸结果影响较大,若使用GB/T 228.1―2010测量原始横截面积,在3点的数据极差较大时,可尽量采用5点或5点以上平均值进行计算,以使强度检测结果更加准确。
