当今企业竞争就是人才资本的竞争。企业作为市场主体,一定要充分认识到人力资源开发的重要性,顺应新时代人力资源开发的趋势,利用自身优势,采取有效的对策不断创新与完善人力资源开发,只有这样,才可以不断增加企业效益,在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,针对供电企业而言,也不例外。本文主要在分析县级供电企业人力资源开发现状与问题的基础上,结合实际情况,提出有效的解决对策。
