国有企业下岗职工心理健康对照研究

目的 探讨下岗对特大型企业职工心理健康的影响。方法 在职工下岗 1个月内应用应激量表和心理健康量表分别进行无记名问卷调查 ,同时选择该企业职工作为对照组 ,分批集体进行问卷调查。结果 心理应激项目中 ,睡眠障碍、担心身体有病、害怕去陌生的地方、感到苦闷、敏感等 5个项目 ;生理应激项目中 ,起床后感到疲劳、大便不通畅、头晕、头痛、出冷汗等 5个项目 ,下岗组职工显著地高于在岗组职工。 3 5岁以上的职工下岗后 ,引起的应激水平偏高。下岗职工与在岗职工在“抑郁”、“敏感”、“愤怒”、“紧张”4个方面无显著性差异 ;在岗职工的焦虑水平显著地高于下岗职工。 3 5岁以上的下岗职工具有更强的抑郁和紧张。结论 下岗组职工的应激总分、心理应激分和生理应激分都显著地高于在岗组职工。女性下岗职工在抑郁、焦虑和紧张 3个维度上的得分显著高于男性下岗职工 ,男性下岗职工在愤怒维度上的得分则显著高于女性下岗职工 Objective To explore the impact of laid-off workers on the mental health of workers in very large enterprises. Methods The stress questionnaire and mental health scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey within one month after the workers were laid off. At the same time, the employees of the enterprise were selected as the control group, and questionnaires were conducted in batches. Results Psychological stress project, sleep disorders, worry about the body sick, afraid to go to a strange place, feel depressed, sensitive and other 5 items; physiological stress project, get up tired, stool is not smooth, dizziness, headache, out Cold sweat and other five projects, laid-off workers were significantly higher than the staff in the post. 3 laid-off workers over the age of 5, the level of stress caused by high. There was no significant difference in the four aspects of “depression”, “sensitivity”, “anger” and “tension” between laid-off workers and those on the job. The anxiety level of laid-off workers was significantly higher than that of laid-off workers. 3 Laid-off workers over the age of 5 have stronger depression and nervousness. Conclusion The stress scores, psychological stress scores and physiological stress scores of laid-off workers were significantly higher than those of employees in post-job training. Women laid-off workers in the three dimensions of depression, anxiety and stress score was significantly higher than men laid-off workers, men laid-off workers in the anger dimension was significantly higher than the scores of laid-off women
