目的分析外伤性视神经损伤后视觉诱发电位(VEP)变化规律及VEP检测外伤性视神经损伤的作用,并评价高氧液对外伤性视神经损伤的治疗价值。方法将84例外伤性视神经损伤患者分为37例治疗组(高氧液治疗组)和47例对照组,分别于第1,7,14,21天进行VEP检查,分析比较振幅、潜伏期、视力变化情况及最后治疗效果。结果伤后1~7d已开始出现VEP振幅下降,7~14d达峰值,21d已明显减轻;治疗组VEP异常的程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);视力和预后均明显好于对照组(P<0.05);VEP异常程度越重,病情越重,预后越差。结论高氧液对治疗外伤性视神经损伤有显著疗效,VEP是检测并评价外伤性视神经损伤疗效的有效方法。
Objective To analyze the changes of visual evoked potential (VEP) after traumatic optic nerve injury and the effect of VEP on the traumatic optic nerve injury. To evaluate the therapeutic value of hyperoxic liquid on traumatic optic nerve injury. Methods Eighty-four patients with traumatic optic neuropathy were divided into 37 treatment groups (hyperoxia solution group) and 47 control group. VEP was performed on the 1st, 7th, 14th and 21st day respectively. The amplitude, latency and visual acuity Changes and the final treatment effect. Results The amplitude of VEP began to decrease from 1 to 7 days after injury and peaked at 7 to 14 days. The amplitude of VEP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The visual acuity and prognosis were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The more severe the VEP, the more serious the disease, the worse the prognosis. Conclusion Hyperoxia solution has a significant effect on the treatment of traumatic optic nerve injury. VEP is an effective method to detect and evaluate the efficacy of traumatic optic nerve injury.
