谈起教师对学生的教育,总是离不开表扬和批评。在教育过程中,我们倡导教师对学生以正面教育。但这并不意味着教师对犯有缺点和错误的学生不能进行批评教育。事实上批评同表扬一样,都是教育学生的一种手段,相融而生。然而,在现实教育中,有的教师的批评,不仅难以收到预期的效果,反而适得其反,导致学生产逆反心理。怎样在对学生实施批评教育中,收到事半功倍的效果。笔者认为要做到“四要”。
Talking about teacher education of students is always inseparable from praise and criticism. In the education process, we advocate that teachers should have a positive education for their students. But this does not mean that teachers can not critically educate students who have flaws and mistakes. In fact, criticism, like praise, is a means of educating students. However, in reality education, some teachers’ criticisms are not only difficult to receive the expected results, but they are counterproductive. As a result, students are psychologically rebellious. How to implement criticism and education of students, receive a multiplier effect. I think to do “four to ”.
