目的快速查找食物中毒原因,为食物中毒处理提供依据。方法依照GB4789.4—2010、GB/T4789.6—2008、霍乱防治手册(第五版)分别对14名患者的大便、肛拭,16份剩余食物样品进行致病菌检测。结果从1份食品标本中和2份粪便8份肛拭子中检出肠炎沙门氏菌。结论根据流行病学调查及实验室检测分析,本次食物中毒为肠炎沙门氏菌污染食物而引起的细菌性食物中毒。
Purpose To quickly find the cause of food poisoning and provide basis for food poisoning treatment. Methods According to GB4789.4-2010, GB / T4789.6-2008 and Cholera Prevention and Control Manual (Fifth Edition), pathogenic bacteria were detected in stool, anal swab and 16 remaining food samples from 14 patients. Results Salmonella enteritidis was detected from 1 food specimen and 2 feces anal reus. Conclusions According to epidemiological investigation and laboratory analysis, the food poisoning is bacterial food poisoning caused by the contamination of food by Salmonella enteritidis.
