我厂生产的丝锥,由于用一般螺丝车刀光扣,以致产生毛刺和螺纹角度不对的缺陷,使废品增加。在技术革新运动中,技术人员和工人共同研究,井参考苏联先进经验,设计成一种双刃螺丝车刀(如图1)。经实际使用证明:1)废品减少;2)生产效率提高80％。 1.双刃螺丝车刀的优点:1)修磨便利,在平面磨床上一次就能磨好很多把车刀,可节省大量的辅助工时。2)车刀的角度只要在制造时刃磨得正确,以后就不用修磨了,因而保证了质量,减少了废品。3)过去用一个刀刃切削,现在用两个刀刃切削,提高效率80％。4)节省刀具材料70％ 。
I plant the tap, due to the general screwdriver light buckle, resulting in burrs and thread angle defects, so that waste increased. In the process of technological innovation, technicians and workers studied together and made reference to the advanced Soviet experience to design a double-edged screwdriver (Figure 1). The actual use of proof: 1) reduce scrap; 2) 80% increase in production efficiency. 1. The advantages of double-edged screwdriver: 1) Grinding convenience, grind a lot of turning tools in a surface grinder, can save a lot of auxiliary working hours. 2) The angle of the turning tool is not grinded as long as the sharpening is correct during manufacturing, thus ensuring the quality and reducing the waste. 3) In the past, cutting with one blade, now cutting with two blades, improve the efficiency of 80%. 4) save 70% of the tool material.
