在已有的平前刀面铣刀片铣削温度数学模型的基础上,利用Jaeger的移动面热源理论,建立了波形刃铣刀片铣削温度的数学模型,编制了计算机程序对铣削温度进行了预测;对新型三维槽型铁刀片(波形刃和大前角)和平前刀面直刃铣刀片的铣削温度进行了实验研究.理论预测和实验结果证明:该模型可用于铣刀片槽型的开发及优选.
Based on the existing mathematical model of the milling temperature of the flat rake face milling cutter, the mathematical model of the milling temperature of the corrugated edge milling cutter is established by using the moving surface heat source theory of Jaeger. The computer program is programmed to predict the milling temperature The milling temperatures of the new three-dimensional grooved iron blades (wavy edge and large rake angle) and straight rake face straight edge milling inserts were experimentally studied.
