这种手动液压增力虎钳是在现用虎钳的基础上增加一个附件,达到手动液压增力的目的。原理目前使用的虎钳,我们发现虎钳丝杠和虎钳底座之间有1~3毫米的间隙。根据丝杠螺母的工作原理,我们分析到,当虎钳夹住工件以后,这间隙一定全部露出在丝杠的一端。我们只要在丝杠的这一端装上一只既能带动虎钳丝杠旋转,又能对它施加压力的油缸,就能起到手动液压增力的效果。
This manual hydraulic booster vise is based on the current vise to add an attachment to achieve the purpose of manual hydraulic booster. Principle Now that the vise is used, we find that there is a 1 to 3 mm gap between the vise lead screw and the base of the vice. According to the principle of the screw nut, we analyzed that when the vise grip the workpiece, the gap must be all exposed at one end of the screw. As long as we have installed on this end of the lead screw, a cylinder that can drive the screw of the vise and exert pressure on it, it can play the role of manual hydraulic booster.
