报道了一种传导冷却、双侧面反弹抽运的脉冲运转Nd:YAG两级板条激光放大器。在重复频率条件下,通过实验测试其放大输入输出关系曲线、光束质量、热效应等特性,证明此种类型的放大器具有效率高、光束质量好、结构紧凑、热效应低和功率可定标放大等特性。实验对由单频激光振荡器输出的平均功率1.1 W,脉宽11.3 ns,光束质量因子(M2x,M2y)为1.2的激光脉冲序列进行放大,当重复频率为125 Hz时,得到平均功率24.1 W,脉宽8.9 ns,光束质量因子M2x=1.53,M2y=1.27的高光束质量放大激光脉冲序列输出。实验结果表明,此种类型的激光放大器在空间探测应用上具有潜力。
A pulsed Nd: YAG two-stage slab laser amplifier with conduction cooling and double-sided rebound pumping is reported. Under the conditions of repetition frequency, the characteristics of amplifier input-output curve, beam quality and thermal effect are tested experimentally, and it is proved that this type of amplifier has the characteristics of high efficiency, good beam quality, compact structure, low thermal effect and scalable power . Experimental results show that the average power of 1.1 W, the pulse width of 11.3 ns and the laser beam quality factor (M2x, M2y) of 1.2 is output from the single-frequency laser oscillator. The average power is 24.1 W when the repetition frequency is 125 Hz , Pulse width 8.9 ns, beam quality factor M2x = 1.53, M2y = 1.27 high beam quality amplification laser pulse sequence output. Experimental results show that this type of laser amplifier has potential in space exploration applications.
