用聚马来松香酰乙二胺-Cu(Ⅱ)固定化香蕉多酚氧化酶催化降解废水中的2,4-二氯苯酚(DCP),探讨了影响反应的几种因素。结果表明,固定化香蕉多酚氧化酶催化降解反应的最佳pH为6.0,最佳降解温度为40℃;该固定化酶连续降解2,4-二氯苯酚6次后仍能保持19%的降解率。
The degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (DCP) in wastewater by polymaleic rosin ethylene diamine-Cu (Ⅱ) immobilized banana polyphenol oxidase was studied. Several factors affecting the reaction were discussed. The results showed that the optimum pH of the immobilized banana polyphenol oxidase was 6.0 and the optimal temperature was 40 ℃. After the immobilized enzyme degraded 2,4-dichlorophenol for 6 times, the immobilized enzyme still retained 19% Degradation rate.
