本文以天津滨海新区文化中心文化场馆项目为依托,该工程主体结构为钢筋混凝土框架及框架剪力墙结构,结构造型复杂,施工难度大,工期紧。为保证按照合同规定期限完工且节约工程成本,项目部决定通过提出了一种新的墙体配模方法,来提高模板周转次数,降低模板损耗。该方法具有施工难度低、速度快、安全性高、成本低的优点,采用该方法后,工期缩短,提高模板周转次数,节约成本。结果表明:本文的研究成果完全可以用于大、中型场馆的建设。
Based on the cultural venues of Tianjin Binhai New Area Cultural Center, the main structure of the project is reinforced concrete frame and frame shear wall structure. The structure is complex, the construction is difficult and the construction period is tight. In order to ensure the completion of the contract in accordance with the deadline and save the cost of the project, the project department decided to propose a new method of wall matching to increase the number of template turnover and reduce template loss. The method has the advantages of low difficulty in construction, high speed, high safety and low cost. After adopting the method, the construction period is shortened, the number of template turnover is increased, and the cost is saved. The results show that the research results of this paper can be used in the construction of large and medium-sized stadiums.
