日前,镇江市出台了《关于实行绩效管理,深入推进劳动关系和谐企业标准化创建工作的意见》,以建立创建管理“四大机制”为主要内容,进一步明确和强化各级创建工作管理机构的职责和任务,实行“定量”与“定性”管理,增强创建管理工作的系统性和操作性,不断提高创建工作质效和水平。
