目的了解郑州市洗浴业公共场所卫生状况,为规范行业行为、改善洗浴业卫生状况提供依据。方法随机抽取郑州市151家不同档次的洗浴中心,监测室内空气质量、池水质量、公共用品微生物学指标。结果室内空气中二氧化碳合格率95.4%,照度合格率97.2%。洗浴池水水温合格率96.4%、浑浊度合格率96.4%、一氧化碳合格率97.9%。公共用品细菌总数合格率81.17%、大肠菌群合格率82.50%、金黄色葡萄球菌群合格率82.86%。茶具,毛巾,拖鞋检测合格率,高档场所和中档场所差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中档场所和低档场所的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洗浴业公共用品微生物污染问题突出,以低中档次场所为甚,应进一步加强卫生状况监管。
Objective To understand the sanitary status of public bathing places in Zhengzhou and to provide basis for regulating industry behavior and improving the sanitary status of bathing industry. Methods A total of 151 different bathing centers in Zhengzhou City were randomly selected to monitor indoor air quality, water quality and microbiological indicators of public articles. Results The indoor air of 95.4% pass rate of carbon dioxide, light pass rate of 97.2%. Bath water temperature qualified rate of 96.4%, 96.4% turbidity pass rate, 97.9% pass rate of carbon monoxide. Public goods bacteria qualified rate of 81.17%, coliform bacteria pass rate 82.50%, Staphylococcus aureus pass rate of 82.86%. The passing rate of tea sets, towels and slippers were statistically significant (P <0.05). The differences between mid-range and low-grade venues were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The problems of microbial contamination of public articles in the bathing industry are prominent. In places with low or middle grades, the hygiene conditions should be further strengthened.
