随着教育教学改革的深入,高等职业教育中各专业的人才培养模式与课程体系开发工作日趋系统性与完整性。尤其对于新开办专业来说,如何确定该专业开设哪些课程、这些课程的授课前后顺序如何、每门课程需要放置哪些授课内容以及如何进行学时分配,都成为困扰专业负责人的一大难题。基于上述要求,笔者以计算机网络技术专业为例,讲解如何通过召开实践专家研讨会,有效分析工作任务与职业能力,进而为课程设置、课程内教学任务选择以及课程培养目标提供参考和依据。
With the deepening of education and teaching reform, higher vocational education in various professional training model and curriculum system development work more and more systematic and complete. Especially for the newly-started majors, how to determine which courses are offered by the majors, how the courses are conducted before and after the courses, what courses are to be placed in each course, and how to allocate them during the course of study are all major problems that plague professional leaders. Based on the above requirements, the author takes the computer network technology specialty as an example to explain how to conduct practical expert seminars to effectively analyze the work tasks and professional capabilities, and then provide reference and basis for the curriculum setup, the selection of teaching tasks in the course and the training objectives of the curriculum.
