集体备课是学校教研的一项常规工作,对年轻教师的成长有着非常大的作用。笔者所在的备课组由不同年龄、不同学历的教师组成,教学阅历和业务功底各不同,形成了教师之间不同的教学风格。如果能够在集体备课中充分发挥各位教师的智慧,并把这种智慧应用到课堂教学中,无论对教师的自身发展还是对课堂品质的提高都是非常有好处的。基于这种认识,我们备课组开展了一些富有成效的集体备课活动:先在备课组选一位年轻教师针对某一课题进行授课,其他老师听课;然后备
Collective lesson preparation is a routine task in school teaching and research and plays a very important role in the growth of young teachers. The author’s lesson preparation group consists of teachers of different ages and education backgrounds. Their teaching experience and business skills are different, forming different teaching styles among teachers. If we can give full play to the wisdom of our teachers in collective preparation for lessons and apply this wisdom to classroom teaching, it will be very good for both the teacher’s own development and the improvement of the quality of the class.
