集体备课是学校教研的一项常规工作,对年轻教师的成长有着非常大的作用。笔者所在的备课组由不同年龄、不同学历的教师组成,教学阅历和业务功底各不同,形成了教师之间不同的教学风格。如果能够在集体备课中充分发挥各位教师的智慧,并把这种智慧应用到课堂教学中,无论对教师的自身发展还是对课堂品质的提高都是非常有好处的。基于这种认识,我们备课组开展了一些富有成效的集体备课活动:先在备课组选一位年轻教师针对某一课题进行授课,其他老师听课;然后备 Collective lesson preparation is a routine task in school teaching and research and plays a very important role in the growth of young teachers.
