工会的政工工作在近年来受到了越来越广泛的关注,在林业工会中,工会需要履行的职责非常多,包括有涉及林业产业职工利益问题的法规与政策的制定、维护林业职工的合法权益等等,并且还要组织员工开展相关的技术协作、技术攻关等活动,对于林业工作人员的个人发展和整体进步都有非常重要的意义。然而就我国目前的林业工会政工工作开展情况来看,还存在有组织涣散、工作人员素质较低、工作方式较为落后等问题,新时期背景下,对于林业工会政工工作的开展提出了新的要求,在应对这一些列问题时,还需要从多个方面来解决,对林业工会机制加以完善,成为新时期林业工会发展的重要支柱。
