施工企业要提高市场竞争力,最重要的是在项目施工中以尽量少的物化消耗和劳动力消耗来降低企业成本,把影响企业成本的各项耗费控制在计划范围之内,这就要求企业完善成本管理制度,提高成本核算水平,降低工程成本,所以施工企业必须加强成本管理。而当前我国施工企业在工程项目成本管理方面,存在着许多问题,造成成本支出大,效益低下的不良局面。因此,本文从加强技术管理,提高工程质量、加强材料管理,有效控制材料成本、加强劳务管理,控制人工成本、加强机械设备管理,提高机械使用率、加强合同预算管理,增加预算收入等方面提出了降低项目施工成本的途径。
