作为结构材料,ZL104合金得到了广泛的应用,这不仅因为它有很好的综合机械性能(经T_6处理的砂型试棒 σb=26kg/mm~2,σs=20kg/mm~2,δ=3%),而且具有十分良好的铸造性能(充型能力好、线收缩小、无热裂倾向),所以常用于制造大型、复杂、薄壁铸件(发动机的压缩机匣、承力框架、轴承机匣等等)。但在生产实际中,该合金常常由于塑性偏低给生产带来不少麻烦。只有认识了造成ZL104合金塑性偏低的原因,才能采取措施予以提高。
