新型实用人才的培养模式正逐步成为我国高等教育共识,文章对洛阳理工学院无机非金属专业人才培养存在的问题进行了详细的分析,并从教师队伍、教学思维、“产学研”项目、“岗位实训”与企业对接的方法中提出了无机非金属专业新的人才培养模式,将学生定制培养成知识结构完整、理论与实践联系密切,创新能力强、具有良好团队意识的新型实用人才。
The training model of new practical talents is gradually becoming the consensus of higher education in our country. The article analyzes the problems existing in the training of inorganic nonmetal professionals in Luoyang Institute of Technology in detail. From the perspectives of teachers, teaching thinking, “Post training ” docking with the enterprise put forward a new inorganic non-metallic professional training mode, the students customized training into a complete knowledge structure, theory and practice are closely linked, innovative ability, with good team awareness of the new Practical talent.
