不管人们感觉到与否,人类跨入21世纪后,世界已由传统的经济模式向新经济迈进,由工业经济时代向服务经济时代过渡,人们的思维也随之敞开了新的空间,中国由于市场经济的快速发展,迫使行业的不规范竞争加剧,甚至形成无序竞争的局面。还没有完全走出计划经济阴影的中国医院,如今在医院体制改革的大潮中,又面临着一场新的挑战——医院服务竞争。医院已从单纯的卖方市场转向买方市场,医院开始进入“以病人为中心”,给就医者提供高质量服务为运作主题的新竞争领域。
Regardless of whether people feel it or not, after the human being entered the 21st century, the world has moved from the traditional economic model to the new economy. From the era of industrial economy to the era of service economy, people’s thinking has also opened up new space. The rapid development of the market economy has forced the industry’s non-standard competition to intensify, even forming a situation of unregulated competition. The Chinese hospitals that have not completely escaped the shadow of the planned economy are now faced with a new challenge in the tide of hospital system reform - hospital service competition. The hospital has shifted from a simple seller’s market to a buyer’s market, and hospitals have begun to enter the “patient-centered” environment, providing hospitals with a high-quality service as the new competition area for their operation.
