报道了在表面活性剂 Triton X-100存在下,利用Gd(Ⅲ)离子增敏Ce(Ⅳ)和茶碱氧化产物的固有发光的协同效应,建立了高灵敏度的测定茶碱的荧光分析方法,其荧光光谱的激发波长λcx=325nm发射波长λcm=404nm。在0.l~20 mg/L范围内荧光强度与茶碱浓度呈良好线性关系,其检测下限为0.05 mg/L,方法精密度为2.5%,回收率在96.0%~107.1%,用于血清中痕量茶碱分析取得了满意结果。
