平安至阿岱高速公路K21+430~+650段预应力锚索钢筋混凝土肋板挡墙工程位于青海省平安县古城乡境内,全长约340m,边坡高度50m,该路段地形横坡较陡。有关专家和工程技术人员多次对该段工程进行现场勘测,先后提出绕避、采用桥梁跨越、调整平面线形等多种方案比选,但均因地形、地质及工程造价高、施工工期长等因素,无法实施。最后在详细调查工程地质状况和认真分析勘测资料的基础上,本着“技术可行,经济合理”和“一次处治,不留隐患”的原则,提出了预应力锚索钢筋混凝土肋板挡墙的处治措施。
