槟榔炮制方法,按《全国中药炮制规范》1988年版要求,取原药材除去杂质,浸泡六、七成透时,取出润透,切薄片,阴干。而槟榔经水浸泡后,生物碱含量损失达24.7%,又因槟榔含有15%缩合鞣质,如曝晒易产生起卷和变色现象,造成片型不美观,特征(大理石样花纹)不明显。因此,我们针对上述缺点反复试验,改用砂埋低温烘干法炮制,取得满意效果。方法介绍如下。
