受运输条件限制,三门峡水电站6号机组的ZGOCr13Ni4MO全不锈钢转轮为分瓣制造,在工地组焊成整体。为严格控制焊接收缩量和焊接应力及变形,保证焊接质量,主要采取了把合水轮机主轴,限制径向和轴向变形;采用对称、分段、退步、多层、多道、小线能焊接方法;单面焊双面成型技术封底,取消碳弧气刨清根;以及层间采用锤击法消应等措施。封底焊条为A237不锈钢焊条,直径3.2mm;主焊缝焊条为M831A不锈钢焊条,直径4.0mm。焊后检查结果表明,焊缝无裂纹、无咬边现象,质量符合美国ASME标准;转轮变形小于允许值,焊接质量良好。
