抽气装置是溴化锂吸收式制冷机的关键部件之一,抽气装置性能的好坏直接地影响机器的性能和寿命。当机组正常运行时,由于机组因渗漏或因腐蚀而产生不凝性气体的过程是一个缓慢连续的过程,要想维持机组内的真空,就必须采用自动连续抽气装置连续不断地对机组进行抽气。国外已对自动连续抽气装置做了大量的研究和应用,而国内有关这方面的试验研究却做得很少。我们在“制冷装置技术研究”八五预研课题上,提出了对这种抽气装置的研制,本文通过试验研究得出选用大口径喷嘴P-No.3配小口径喉管扩管K-No.1且喉嘴距约取12mm组合成的引射器制成的自动连续抽气装置不仅抽气量大,极限真空低于6mmHg,且由于其最大背压Pmax大于1.1个大气压较有利排放气,是较理想的自动连续抽气装置。
