随着老百姓消费水平的提高,银行卡业务进入了高速发展期。但与此同时银行卡欺诈案件呈逐年上升趋势,欺诈的手段也日新月异。不法分子钻法律的空子,游走于法律边缘之间,让我们付出了惨重的代价,也严重影响了银行的利益与声誉,并威胁银行卡业务的健康发展。
