引言小麦育种中应用矮秆基因改良抗倒性、在杂交上应用无互补致死效应的显性矮秆基因较为有利.冬小麦突变体Karcagi 522M7K就是这一类型的矮源之一.Karcagi 522经γ射线处理诱发了突变等位基因(Viglasi,1968).本文报道的是通过F_2单体分析Karcagi 522M7K的矮秆基因Rht12的位置.
INTRODUCTION It is advantageous to use dwarf gene to improve lodging resistance in wheat breeding and to apply dominant dwarf gene without complementary lethal effect in hybridization.Karcagi 522M7K is one of the dwarf sources of this type.Karcagi 522 is characterized by γ-ray Treatment induced mutant alleles (Viglasi, 1968). Here we report the location of the dwarfing gene Rht12 in Karcagi 522M7K by F 2 analysis.
