1目的 观察神经生长因子对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)疗效。 2方法 将足月 HIE新生儿随机分为 A,B组 ,A组单用脑活素 ,B组用神经生长因子及脑活素治疗 ,并给予早期干预。生后 5 d内、发病后 18~ 2 5 d,90~ 180 d行头颅 CT平扫 ,发病后 18~ 2 5 d行新生儿行为神经测定 (NBNA) ,90~ 180 d行 Gesell发育量表检查。 3结果 B组在头颅 CT恢复程度、NBNA测定、智力测定等方面明显优于 A组 (χ2 =5 .31~ 9.11,P<0 .0 5 ;t=6 .95 ,P<0 .0 1)。 4结论 神经生长因子对促进 HIE病儿中枢神经系统功能恢复有明显作用
1 Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor on neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods 2 neonatal HIE full-term children were randomly divided into A, B group, A group of single-use cerebrolysin, B group with nerve growth factor and cerebrolysin treatment, and give early intervention.
