鉴于北京某养鸡场鸡粪发酵沼液氨氮浓度高的特点,采用了鸟粪石沉淀法对其进行处理。采用单因素和响应面实验的方式优化反应条件。通过单因素实验确定p H=10.0~10.5,n(Mg2+)∶n(NH+4)∶n(PO3-4)=1.3∶1∶1.1,反应时间为20 min,转速为300 r/min时,氨氮去除率最高,达到75.79%,通过响应面实验对所得最佳反应条件进一步优化,得出当p H=10.57,n(Mg2+)∶n(NH+4)∶n(PO3-4)=1.27∶1∶1.12时,氨氮去除率为75.81%。SEM及XRD分析表明沉淀主要成分为磷酸铵镁。
Due to the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen in chicken manure fermentation slurry in a chicken farm in Beijing, struvite precipitation was used to treat it. The reaction conditions were optimized using single factor and response surface experiments. The results of single factor experiments showed that when p H = 10.0 ~ 10.5, n (Mg2 +): n (NH + 4): n (PO3-4) = 1.3:1:1.1, the reaction time was 20 min and the rotation speed was 300 r / min , Ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached the highest, reached 75.79%, and the optimal reaction conditions were further optimized by response surface experiments. The results showed that when p H = 10.57, n (Mg 2+): n (NH + 4) 1.27:1:1.12, ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 75.81%. SEM and XRD analysis showed that the main component of precipitation was ammonium magnesium phosphate.
