少齿差(包括摆线针轮)传动已应用于很多方面。其传动机构除了销轴式、十字滑块式、浮动盘式和零齿差式以外,还有曲柄式传动机构(见图1)。上述几种传动机构相比,双曲柄式机构的传动效率高,而且噪声较低。但这种双曲柄驱动齿轮系平行四杆机构。理论上要求彼此平行的两杆件等长,实际上对于两曲柄偏心距及齿轮孔间中心距的加工要求很高,而且结构比较复杂,零件数量较多,所以较少推广应用。为了改进这一机构,经过研究,设计制成另一种新的少齿差传动机构(见图2)。这种机构非常简单,动
Less teeth (including cycloid pinch) transmission has been used in many ways.
