我院自 1980～ 1998年共收治肾损伤患者 65例。主要依据临床症状、Ｂ超及ＣＴ检查判定肾损伤程度以及其是否存在合并伤。报告如下。1 资料与方法1·1 临床资料 本组 65例 ,男 53例 ,女性 12例 ;年龄 ( 2～ 78)岁 ,平均 31岁 ,左肾 4 1例 ,右肾 2 4例 ;伤后就诊时间 30ｍｉｎ
Our hospital from 1980 to 1998 were treated 65 cases of renal injury patients. Mainly based on clinical symptoms, B ultrasound and CT examination to determine the extent of renal damage and whether there is a combined injury.
