目的:探讨加强综合医院眼科管理的措施及效果。方法:选取2014年1~6月在浙江省慈溪市第六人民医院眼科进行住院治疗的150例患者为对照组,选取2014年7~12月在该院眼科住院治疗的150例患者为干预组,以医护质量和患者的综合服务满意度作为评价指标。对照组按常规管理模式进行科室管理和医护工作,干预组采取一系列干预措施加强科室管理和医护工作,比较两组患者意外事件发生率、医护差错发生率和医护不良反应发生率,以及患者的综合服务满意度。结果:干预组的意外事件发生率、医护差错事件发生率和医护不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预组患者的综合服务满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实行综合管理措施,可显著提高科室的管理质量,减少医护过程中的安全缺陷,提高患者的服务满意度。
Objective: To explore ways and effects of strengthening ophthalmological management in general hospitals. Methods: One hundred and fifty patients hospitalized in the Department of Ophthalmology, Sixth People’s Hospital of Cixi City, Zhejiang Province from January to June 2014 were selected as the control group. 150 patients admitted to the department of ophthalmology from July 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the intervention group , With the quality of care and comprehensive patient satisfaction as evaluation indicators. The control group under the general management mode of department management and health care work, the intervention group to take a series of interventions to strengthen department management and health care work, compared two groups of patients accident rates, the incidence of medical errors and adverse reactions, as well as the patient’s Comprehensive service satisfaction. Results: The incidence of accidents, the incidence of medical errors and the incidence of adverse medical reactions in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The comprehensive service satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: The implementation of integrated management measures can significantly improve the management quality of departments, reduce the safety defects in the medical care process and improve the patient’s service satisfaction.
