目的:观察眼挫伤患者的眼血流动力学变化。方法:应用彩色多普勒检测50例(100只眼)正常人和30例(34只眼)眼挫伤患者的视网膜中央动脉(CRA)及睫状后动脉(PCA)的血流参数。测定收缩期峰值速度(Vmax)、舒张末期血流速度(Vmin)及阻力指数(RI)。结果:①眼挫伤组CRA和PCA的Vmax均大于正常人组(P<0.05),其RI值均高于正常人组(P<0.01)。②眼挫伤急性期和恢复期的CRA血流参数有差异:恢复期Vmax降低、Vmin增高(P<0.05),RI降低(P<0.01)。结论:眼挫伤患者的CRA和PCA血流参数均有明显变化,急性期与恢复期CRA呈现不同的改变。提示眼挫伤患者眼供血不足,尤以急性期为重,恢复期血流灌注有所增加
Objective: To observe the ocular hemodynamic changes in patients with ocular contusion. Methods: The color Doppler was used to detect the blood flow parameters of central retinal artery (CRA) and posterior ciliary artery (PCA) in 50 eyes (100 eyes) and 30 eyes (34 eyes) contusion eyes. The peak systolic velocity (Vmax), end diastolic velocity (Vmin) and resistance index (RI) were measured. Results: (1) The Vmax of CRA and PCA in contusion group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P <0.05), and the RI values in CRA and PCA group were higher than those in normal group (P <0.01). (2) There were differences in CRA blood flow parameters between acute contusion and convalescent contusion during the period of recovery; Vmax in convalescent phase decreased, Vmin increased (P <0.05), RI decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: The blood flow parameters of CRA and PCA in patients with ocular contusion have obvious changes, and the acute and convalescent CRA show different changes. Prompted eye contusion in patients with eye insufficiency, especially in acute phase, increased blood flow during convalescence
