目的观察炎琥宁治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法选择72例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予青霉素钠、降温、超声雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用炎琥宁。结果对照组总有效率69.44%,观察组总有效率91.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统治疗基础上加用炎琥宁治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效满意,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanhuning in the treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods Seventy-two children with acute purulent tonsillitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given penicillin sodium, cooling and ultrasonic atomization inhalation. The observation group was treated with Yan Hu Ning on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 69.44%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the traditional treatment based on the use of Yan Hu Ning acute purulent tonsillitis in children with satisfactory results, it is worth in the clinical application.
