目的 探讨持续脉氧监测对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS) 的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析10 例确诊为SAS患者的夜间睡眠血氧饱和度(SaO2)和脉率变化资料。结果 患者SaO2 的周期性变化与其呼吸气流的周期性变化是一致的。大部分患者脉率变化周期与呼吸气流变化周期基本一致。呼吸暂停气流段的脉率波动幅度明显大于正常气流段(P< 0.05)。结论 脉氧监测结合患者临床表现可作为临床诊断SAS的一种方法
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of continuous pulse oximetry for sleep apnea syndrome (SAS). Methods The data of nocturnal sleep oxygen saturation (SaO2) and pulse rate in 10 patients diagnosed as SAS were retrospectively analyzed. Results The periodic changes of SaO2 in patients were consistent with the periodic changes of respiratory airflow. The pulse cycle of most patients is consistent with the cycle of respiratory flow. The pulsation rate of apnea is significantly greater than that of normal airflow (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of pulse oximetry and clinical manifestations can be used as a method to diagnose SAS
