大跨、多层混凝土结构高支撑施工中,分批浇筑的混凝土改变了高支撑体系的整体结构性质,将对高支撑和混凝土结构产生影响。对某大跨、多层混凝土台口梁高支撑进行了施工期应变实测和有限元分析。结果表明,将施工期台口梁的混凝土结构和高支撑钢结构看作整体得出的应力结果会高于单纯采用高支撑钢结构的结果,考虑组合结构的影响是符合实际的,也是十分必要的,而考虑台口梁混凝土分批硬化的时变性能可优化高支撑设计。
Large-span, multi-storey concrete structures In high-support construction, batch-poured concrete changes the overall structural properties of the high-support system and will affect high-support and concrete structures. The strain measurement and finite element analysis of a long span, multi-storey concrete platform girder with high support during construction period were carried out. The results show that considering the concrete structure and the high-support steel structure of the construction mouthpiece as a whole, the stress result will be higher than that of simply adopting the high-support steel structure. It is practical and necessary to consider the influence of the composite structure , While taking into account the time-varying properties of the concrete of Taitou beam in batch curing, it is possible to optimize the high-support design.
