灵芝(赤芝孢子粉)化学成分的研究再报

从赤芝孢子粉的水溶部分分得2种含氮化合物,从脂溶部分得到8种单体和2种纯度较差的成分。根据物化性质、光谱分析等方法,两种水溶性成分分别鉴定为胆碱和甜菜碱,8种脂溶成分鉴定为廿四烷酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇、廿二烷酸、十九烷酸、廿四烷、卅一烷。另外2种成分分别鉴定为麦角甾醇和β-谷甾醇,但两者纯度较差,均混有少量的麦角甾7,22-二烯-3β-醇。 Two kinds of nitrogen-containing compounds were obtained from the water-soluble portion of the gauze spore powder, and eight kinds of monomers and two kinds of components having poor purity were obtained from the fat-soluble portion. According to physicochemical properties, spectral analysis and other methods, the two water-soluble components were identified as choline and betaine, 8 kinds of fat-soluble components were identified as tetradecanoic acid, stearic acid, palmitic acid, ergot-7, 22-two Ene-3β-ol, decanedicarboxylic acid, nonadecanoic acid, decane tetradecane, decane monoalkane. The other two components were identified as ergosterol and β-sitosterol, respectively, but the purity of the two was poor, and they were mixed with a small amount of ergot 7,22-diene-3β-ol.
