探讨不孕症雌、孕激素与舌、阴道上皮细胞雌、孕激素受体表达的相关性,及其对鳞状上皮细胞调节机理。选择70例原发性不孕症妇女作为观察对象,采用雌、孕激素及雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)为指标进行观察。结果:月经周期第10d观察组E2、P较高(P<0.01),第20d观察组P、P/E2较对照组低(P<0.01);月经周期第10d观察组舌苔上皮细胞和阴道上皮细胞PR阳性指数显著高于对照组(P<0.01),第20d观察组ER阳性指数显著高于对照组(P<0.01);舌苔上皮细胞ER与P显著负相关(P<0.05),阴道上皮细胞ER与P、P/E2显著负相关(P<0.05),舌苔上皮细胞ER、PR分别与阴道上皮细胞ER、PR非常显著相关(P<0.01)。结论:ER、PR与雌、孕激素周期性变化有关,参与了激素对脱落细胞的调节。
To investigate the correlation between estrogen and progesterone in estrogen and progesterone and the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in tongue and vaginal epithelial cells and its regulation on squamous epithelial cells. Seventy cases of primary infertility women were selected as observation objects, estrogen, progesterone and estrogen and progesterone receptor (ER, PR) as the indicators. Results: The levels of E2 and P in the observation group on the 10th day of the menstrual cycle were higher (P <0.01), and the P and P / E2 values in the observation group on the 20th day were lower than those of the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The ER positive index of the observation group on the 20th day was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The ER of the tongue epithelial cells was negatively correlated with P (P <0.05) There was a significant negative correlation between ER and P, P / E2 (P <0.05). ER and PR in the tongue epithelial cells were significantly correlated with ER and PR in vaginal epithelial cells (P <0.01). Conclusion: ER and PR are related to the periodic changes of estrogen and progesterone, and are involved in the regulation of exfoliated cells by hormones.
