用产生β—内酰胺酶的大肠杆菌[CMCC(B)44102]建立β—内酰胺酶抑制剂舒巴克坦的微生物测定法。在方法学研究中,找出培养基中青霉素及氯化钠的最适含量及试验菌的菌型。试验条件下得到的剂量反应直线方程式,为定量测定提供了理论依据。试验结果稳定,误差小,经统计分析可信限率在4.0%以内。其优点在于能直接反映β—内酰胺酶抑制剂对细菌产生的β-内酰胺酶的抑制作用,具特异性,并可测定不同程度降解样品的真实含量。
A microbial assay of the ss-lactamase RTI> inhibitor sulbactam was established using E. coli producing [beta] -lactamase [CMCC (B) 44102]. In the methodological study, find out the optimum content of penicillin and sodium chloride in culture medium and the type of test bacteria. The linear equation of dose response obtained under the experimental conditions provides a theoretical basis for quantitative determination. The test results are stable and the error is small. The statistical analysis shows that the confidence limit is within 4.0%. The advantage of this method is that it can directly reflect the inhibitory effect of the β-lactamase inhibitor on the β-lactamase produced by the bacteria, and can determine the true content of the degraded sample to varying degrees.
