事故的主要原因是人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态,间接原因是环境及管理上的缺欠。据资料介绍,由于人的不安全行为引起的工伤事故占80％左右。我区工矿企业1986～1987年间共发生死亡事故35起,其中由人的不安全行为引起的26起,占74.3％。这26起中,直接因违章引起的有24起,占94％。可见,在现阶段认真分析违章致因,研讨预防对策,对实现安全生产是十分重要的。违章指挥、违章作业和违反劳动纪律这“三违”是违章的主要表现形式。怎样才能有效地控制乃至消灭违章,达到减少人为事
The main reason for the accident is the unsafe behavior of people and the unsafe condition of things. The indirect reason is the lack of environment and management.
