将海泡石进行热酸活化后 ,获得纳米级活性海泡石 ,经与微米级TiO2 复合 ,使其具有杀菌功能。通过大量的对比实验研究 ,确定了以海泡石为填料的杀菌性建筑涂料的生产工艺和配方。并讨论了建筑涂料的各项性能与海泡石用量的关系 ,及加入杀菌剂后涂料杀菌性能的变化。
After the sepiolite is activated by thermal acid, the nanometer active sepiolite is obtained, which is combined with the micron-sized TiO2 to make it have bactericidal function. Through a large number of comparative experimental studies, the production process and formulation of bactericidal architectural coatings with sepiolite as filler were determined. The relationship between the properties of architectural coatings and the amount of sepiolite was also discussed. The changes of the bactericidal properties of the coatings were also discussed.
