With the deepening of new curriculum reform in senior high school, research-based learning as a form of curriculum has achieved good results in the students’ all-round development and personality development. In research-based comprehensive practice, we found that research-based learning and mental health education have a strong internal consistency in curriculum objectives, curriculum contents and teaching methods, which provide us a new perspective for thinking and an opportunity for practice . The purpose of this paper is to explore the positive effects of research learning on the students’ mental health by combining with the practical process of research learning so as to enhance the pertinence of guidance in practice.
