抽油机示功图是油井工况判断的重要依据,因此抽油机运行中经常要检测示功图。目前示功图的测量主要采用拉线式示功仪,拉线式示功仪安装拆卸不方便,实时检测受限制。近几年来加速度传感器逐渐开始用于示功图的位移检测。其原理是利用加速度传感器实时检测光杆的加速度,然后进行双重积分得到位移。但这种示功图位移检测存在周期及周期起止点的确定上存在算法复杂,误差较大的问题。针对这些问题对抽油机示功图的位移检测方法进行了研究,提出一种新的局部极值确定常数得到示功图位移的算法,减小了位移检测误差,实现了快速准确的测量示功图。
