1 “无罐无泵”流程的特点 为了使原油集输系统为密闭,并有效地利用井口压力,有些油田的联合站,采用了“无罐无泵”流程。即在正常生产状态下,原油不进大罐,外输之前不增压。这种流程不仅可以降低油气损耗,而且可以减少运行能耗,其优越性是众所周知的。 2 “无罐无泵”流程的局限性 尽管“无罐无泵”流程有许多优点,但是,此流程在一定条件下有其局限性。生产实践证明,对于具有自喷能力的油田,在由自喷井向其它采油方式过渡的过程中,就不宜采用“无罐无泵”流程。这是因为随着油田开发,自喷井的自喷能力越来越弱,当自喷井
1 Characteristics of the “No Tankless Pumpless” Process In order to make the crude oil gathering system confined and make effective use of the well head pressure, some oilfield joint stations adopt the “no tankless pumpless” process. That is, under normal production conditions, the crude oil does not enter the large tank and does not pressurize before it is exported. This process not only reduces oil and gas losses, but also reduces operating energy consumption, and its superiority is well known. 2 Limitations of the “Tankless Pumpless” Process Although the “Tankless Pumpless” process has many advantages, this process has its limitations under certain conditions.
