通过采用复合杂交的选育方法,成功地选育稳定了黄籽双低高油份隐性核不育两系材料1528 AB,并用该不育系的高含油量特性转育其它核不育材料。该不育系具有生育期适中,苗期长势整齐,含油量高等优点。用该不育系选配的多个组合在各级试验中均有良好表现,其中1个组合参加了2006年的贵州省区试,表现良好,进入2007年的续试;另有1个由不育系1528 AB配制的组合绵新油19于2006年通过了四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定。
By using the method of compound hybridization, we successfully selected 1528 AB, a stable genic male sterile line with double-height and double-height oil, and transferred the other sterile material with high oil content of this CMS line . The CMS has a moderate growth period, growing neat seedling stage, the advantages of high oil content. A number of combinations selected with this sterile line performed well at all levels of testing. One of the combinations took part in the Guizhou Provincial Regional Test in 2006 with good performance and entered the 2007 follow-up test. Another one consisted of CMS line 1528 AB MianXinYou 19 was approved by Sichuan Province Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2006.
