目的：探讨一种新的多用小动物离体心脏灌流装置。方法：通过２６例大鼠同时离体左室顺行灌流两鼠双心脏，探讨该灌流装置的适用性。结果：灌流心脏在０～３ ｈ 内各心功能指标均无明显变化。结论：本多用小动物离体心脏灌流装置满足医学科研实验的要求，具有极高的推广应用价值。
Objective: To investigate a new multi-purpose animal isolated heart perfusion device. Methods: The left and right ventricles of 26 rats were simultaneously perfused with both hearts simultaneously to explore the applicability of this device. Results: There was no significant change of cardiac function in perfusion heart within 0-3 h. Conclusion: The multi-purpose small animal heart perfusion device to meet the requirements of medical research experiments, with a high promotion and application value.
